We are a British–French company with our flagship store HOBA in Nairobi. Our retail and trade teams are based in Paris, London and Nairobi, which lets us trade across continents and coordinate with distributors, laboratories and health and safety teams in the USA, Europe and Africa. Our core emphasis is selecting highly effective skinceutical products suitable for women of colour.
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from brands and authorised distributors in the UK, France, Switzerland, Korea and Australia.
Order by 2pm for same-day dispatch. Kenya tracked delivery takes 1–2 business days in Nairobi and 2–4 business days elsewhere. Delivery is free on orders over KSh 5,000.
We deliver within East Africa: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. We are unable to sell to customers outside East Africa.
Yes. We offer a 14-day no-quibble guarantee. Return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund cosmetics that have been opened or used unless faulty.
